Brazilian Lemonade

This weekend I got to make one of my favorite summer drinks that I discovered thanks to a Brazilian/Mexican Restaurant in Montreal way back when.  Though it is called lemonade it is technically limeade and below is the version I've found to work best for me over the past few years.

2 Limes
3 Tbs. Sweetened Condensed Milk
½ cup Sugar
3 Cups Water

Cut Limes into quarter slices and put in mixer - yes, the rinds too!  Add sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and water.  Blend on high for a few seconds (until limes are chopped).  Pour through strainer (you can use a cheese cloth if you have one – I use a ground beef strainer).  Refrigerate and serve with lime wedges if desired.
